I wonder if it had not been rated "hard" if it would have taken me so long. I felt like I was second guessing my choices more than usual.

Quickest path for me : 6th col, 7th row, 8th row, 7th col, top middle 3x3, then :
6, 2, 5, 8, 4, 3, 9, 1, 7

Hi FReDD, I did something very similar. Although it looks different listed out like this, I end up with basically the same columns/rows filled. Lower middle 3x3 with a 1 above (completes 6th column), lower rt 3x3, top 2 lines of lower left 3x3, 7th col, top middle 3x3 (not easy to work out), then complete rest with individual #s.

Yeah, I was all over the place too. I think this one seems a little harder then it acutally is. Good puzzle.
